At Caffeine Camellia, we care about your experience and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns, refunds, and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligible Return Reasons

Change of Mind: You may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.

Defective Items: If your product arrives with a defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will offer an exchange or full refund at no extra cost.

Product Warranty: All durable goods are covered by a 60-day warranty for defects not caused by misuse.

Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at hello@caffeinecamellia.com with your order number and reason for the return.

- For defective or incorrect items, we’ll provide a return shipping label.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges
