Shipping & Origins

At Caffeine Camellia, we ship our products from strategically located logistics centers in Europe and Asia. This allows us to offer a global curation of premium coffee and tea accessories with the best possible logistics. We partner with renowned carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, and Royal Mail to ensure safe delivery to your country.

No Extra Fees (Tax-Free Shopping)

Good news: You don’t have to worry about extra fees. All import taxes and customs duties are already included in the final price and are pre-paid by our team. The amount you see at checkout is the only amount you will pay.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • 6-15 business days: Australia, UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Spain, USA, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, New Zealand, Netherlands, Finland, Portugal, Sweden, and Switzerland.

  • 10-22 business days: Other countries.

Order Tracking

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, please note that it may take up to 3-5 business days for the tracking status to become available in our system; this is normal and part of the logistics synchronization process.

To track your package, you can use:

  1. The Tracking Code sent to your email.

  2. Your Order Number (e.g., #CC0000) + the email address used for the purchase.

Pickup Points and Unclaimed Packages

In some regions, the package may be sent to a local pickup point (Post Office or partner location). It is the customer's responsibility to track the shipment and collect the item within the timeframe set by the carrier.

⚠️ Important: Packages not collected within the deadline may be declared abandoned by the carrier, and will not be eligible for recovery or refund by Caffeine Camellia.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that our priority is immediate processing to ensure you receive your product as soon as possible. Once a package has been processed by the warehouse, we are unable to make any changes.

Orders with Multiple Items

As we ship from multiple locations, items in the same order may arrive separately and at slightly different times. Each package will have its own unique tracking ID.
